Meetings with Town Officers (4 – 4:30pm, every other Monday)

M. Forbes
  • Paint in basement; move to the Highway Garage or another storage area more appropriate
  • Sink in basement bathroom: on the to-do list
  • Hand rail on front porch; M.D. Amstead to fix (M. Forbes will inquire about the completion timeframe)
  • Annual Employee Reviews for Rich Crittenden, Pete LePrevost and Lyman Thompson (past due)
  • Policy for work done on walls/structures, etc. in right of ways
  • Follow up on Master Garbologist involvement w/attendant complaints
  • Next meeting will be on January 26th

Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 39 § 23C:  Regulation of participation by public in open meetings.  No person shall address a public meeting of a governmental body without permission of the presiding officer at such meeting, and all persons shall, at the request of such presiding officer, be silent. If, after warning from the presiding officer, a person persists in disorderly behavior, said officer may order him to withdraw from the meeting, and, if he does not withdraw, may order a constable.
